TRIM C290 is a synthetic metalworking fluid optimized for the chemical, environmental, and machining requirements of general aluminum parts. C290 is a high performance, easy to use and maintain, metal removal fluid with very high levels of usable lubricity at the point-of-cut. C290's unique chemical formula allows great, nonferrous corrosion prevention on most aluminum alloys.

TRIM MicroSol 465 low-foam semisynthetic microemulsion coolant is optimized for high-volume cast iron, ferrous, and some aluminum and nonferrous metalworking operations. MicroSol 465 prevents leaching of elemental iron and eliminates clinkering and oxidation of ferrous micro fines.

TRIM MicroSol 689NXT is a translucent, premium high-lube microemulsion. The product is designed to machine difficult to machine metals, such as stainless steel and Inconel^®. It is also good for most aluminum alloys including aerospace grade. The product is low foaming in soft water but is also stable in hard water.

TRIM OE209 is a medium to heavy-duty straight cutting and grinding oil formulated using highly stable fully saturated esters. The product is certified as readily biodegradable. TRIM OE209 is designed for use in grinding and machining applications of hardened steel alloys, tool steels, stainless steels and carbide. TRIM OE209 has the lubricity and performance to maximize tool life in operations such as deep hole drilling and is particularly well suited for use in Sliding Head machines with high pressure chip breaker units.

TRIM OE315 NS is a heavy-duty straight cutting oil formulated using renewable vegetable esters. For use in very tough machining operations of hardened steel alloys, tool steels, and stainless steels. TRIM OE315 NS is especially effective in deep hole drilling applications due to its reasonably low viscosity, lubricity, and EP performance.

TRIM OE322 NS is a heavy-duty straight cutting oil formulated using renewable vegetable esters. For use in very tough machining operations of hardened steel alloys, tool steels, and stainless steels. TRIM OE322 NS is especially effective in modern, high-performance lathes with high-pressure chip-breaker units.

TRIM OV 2200 is a bio-based straight oil for machining difficult alloys and stainless steels. The formula utilizes a proprietary blend of renewable resources to eliminate the need for traditional additives such as chlorine, sulfur, and animal fats. TRIM SC620 is a high-lubricity, low-foam, low-odor, semisynthetic cutting and grinding fluid concentrate for high performance machining and grinding environments. SC620 uses a proprietary blend of mineral oil, EP-additives, and lubricity agents to control built-up edge, improve tool life, and deliver the finishes historically achieved using soluble oils. This unique balance of lubricity, wetting, and cooling characteristics is engineered to improve semisynthetic performance on stainless steel, aluminum alloys, and other high-end materials.

TRIM SOL LC sf is a siloxane-free chemical emulsion or soluble oil coolant concentrate designed for light and moderate machining and grinding. This product is designed for a wide variety of metal removal operations on most ferrous metals and many nonferrous metals, such as brass, copper, and aluminum. This product is particularly effective in situations where reactive alloying agents like lead (Pb) are present.

Master STAGES™ CLEAN 2017 is an economical heavy-duty spray cleaner that removes heavy soils and oily residues from ferrous and magnesium parts. Often used in rebuild operations and for cleaning up cast iron, stamped or drawn steel parts, or removing heavy RP coatings.

• Very economical way to remove heavy soils and light rust
• Low foaming at ambient temperatures, and even lower when used above 120°F (49°C)

Master STAGES™ CLEAN 2118 is a high-performance, low-foam spray washing compound for use in very high-pressure spray washers, de-burring, and water jet cutting. Advanced surfactant technology provides excellent foam control, tramp oil rejection, and soil removal while leaving a short-term, anticorrosive film on cast iron or steel parts and washer surfaces.

• Does not foam even when contaminated with large quantities of soils or coolant. This makes CLEAN 2118 an excellent choice where rapid buildup of coolant carryover creates a foam problem

Master STAGES™ NOCOR S2 is a synthetic, water soluble, ferrous corrosion inhibitor for short-term storage or shipment. Effective at concentrations from 3% - 10% in water, it provides a very thin, water-soluble protective film.

• The transparent film left by NOCOR S2 is easily removed and will not interfere with additional machining, gauging, or assembly steps
• Barium free and contains very low levels of volatile organic compounds as applied

Master STAGES™ RINSE 100 is a washing compound concentrate that does a great job of removing metalworking fluids and light oily films. This product will not stain ferrous or nonferrous materials and leaves an extremely thin film corrosion inhibitor, which does not interfere with gauging of parts. RINSE 100 is compatible with the TRIM family of cutting and grinding fluid concentrates.
