Description

WEDOLiT FN 1430-60 is a non-water soluble forming agent of low viscosity, based on environmentally compatible, synthetic compounds. It is successfully used as a minimum quantity lubricant for the treatment of aluminium, non-ferrous metals and steel, respectively as an assembly lubricant for parts of plastic material or metal. WEDOLiT FN 1430-60 is usually used as a concentrate.
Before soft-annealing, a degreasing of parts, which were treated with WEDOLiT FN 1430-60, is not necessary, because it evaporates at temperatures over 300°C without leaving stains or carbon residues.
The product may become cloudy at storage temperatures lower than 10 degrees Celsius. The process is reversible by warming up to room temperature (ca. 20°C).
