Firstly, a jar test was conducted to find the most effective combination of additives and the pump rates were then adjusted accordingly. Secondly, experts from the water treatment company partnering with Master Fluid Solutions recommended replacing key elements in the system, ensuring a streamlined process with every step working to a high standard. This included the installation of a new control panel with the ability to store all values in a data logger connected to the cloud allowing all parameters to be reviewed anytime, from any location. Outdated dosing pumps were also replaced with a modern dosing system featuring a variable speed controller and signal output for greater precision.

Upgrading key elements in the water treatment plant meant the company had a more efficient water purifying system. What's more, Master Fluid Solutions trained the team to be able to conduct jar tests, meaning they are now able to check the levels of additives themselves and tweak the makeup for the best results at the lowest concentrations. After these vital improvements, the company was finally able to fully reap the benefits of WEDOLiT EP 540 ES’s easy-split technology, with far less splitting additive needed to remove the oil from the water.
