After charging sumps with MicroSol 585XT, the customer immediately eliminated odour from the shop environment and eliminated workers' skin irritation. Surface finish improved dramatically - even without extensive rework. In addition to a smoother finish, parts remained free of rust and corrosion even after the first seven critical days after production. Most importantly, the customer increased tool life by 10%, reducing operating costs and machine down time.
