A Purpose-Driven Beginning
Master Chemical Corporation is founded with a mission to improve manufacturing productivity.
Master Chemical Corporation was incorporated by Clyde A. Sluhan with a mission grounded in improving manufacturing productivity. After creating TRIM formulations, Clyde and Marian moved the family to Toledo, Ohio and began building the company.
1951–1961
Building the Foundation
The company expands distribution while emphasizing education and technical training.

Advancing Conservation with XYBEX®
Recycling systems are developed to extend fluid life and reduce environmental impact.
