    TRIM E806 is a truly unique metalworking fluid emulsion concentrate with unparalleled metal compatibility and all round machining performance characteristics. The product is primarily designed for machining magnesium alloys used in the aerospace, automotive and general industry sectors. TRIM E806 does not tarnish the most sensitive magnesium alloys even after relatively long exposure times plus it is impervious to magnesium salt build-up in the sump - something which splits normal emulsions in a matter of days. Another problem with magnesium machining, hydrogen gas evolution, is virtually nil with TRIM E806.     Water-miscible High-performance Fluid

    WEDOLiT AW 8321 is universally applicable for parts cleaning and corrosion protection. This mineral oil based product is not only suitable for steel, but also for non-ferrous metals. Utilising the latest technology, AW 8321 offers the possibility for a boron and formaldehyde free application.

  • The product forms a stable emulsion, regardless of the concentration. Due to the electrolyte and temperature stability, an application in heated baths is possible (recommended temperature 60 - 80°C)

    Assembly Fluid

    WEDOLiT C 24-K is a water-soluble, fully synthetic fluid that facilitates the assembly of parts. The product is compatible with most non-ferrous metals and is also suitable for painted surfaces. However, the compatibility should be examined in preliminary tests. The product is also suitable for the expansion or reduction of aluminium tubes.

    Dewatering, short term RP 100°C

    WEDOLiT K 856 is a dewatering fluid with slight corrosion protection properties that uses surface-active substances to displace both water and emulsions from the metal surface extremely quick. Even highly complex geometries can be dewatered efficiently. It is mainly used as an immersion bath at room temperature.

    Fulfils all requirements regarding Altautorichtlinie 2000/53/EG. Not subject to the German VOC-regulation (VOC-guideline, 31 BImSchV) or to the Swiss regulation for VOC (Lenkungsabgabe VOCV Swiss).

    The product meets the requirements of the test procedure according to VDA 230-213, and has been approved by all VDA members.
