TRIM™ C115

Synthetic

TRIM C115 is a high-performance, synthetic fluid for working cast iron and mild steels. State-of-the-art chemical technology provides excellent cooling and chip settling, good tramp oil rejection, and machine cleanliness while leaving a protective film on the machine tool.

  • Does an excellent job in most glass, ceramic, and composite grinding applications
  • Excellent corrosion inhibition on most common ferrous and nonferrous alloys
  • Extremely low carryoff keeps operating costs down
  • Low foam and mist
  • Very low initial odor level which usually disappears after one-to-two days
  • Keeps your machines clean while leaving a soft, fluid film that protects bare metal parts
  • Exceptional sump life and very good tramp oil rejection

TRIM™ C270

High-performance Synthetic

TRIM C270 is a state-of-the-art synthetic coolant. C270 provides excellent cooling and chip settling, good tramp oil rejection, and machine cleanliness, and meets the need of the modern job shop for a single premium synthetic coolant for virtually all machining operations.

  • C270 is compatible with a very wide range of materials including: cast iron, steels, and copper alloys, as well as plastics and composites
  • Provides excellent corrosion inhibition on all common ferrous alloys
  • Does a great job in form grinding, drilling, tapping, and reaming operations without chlorine or sulfur-based EP additives
  • Extremely low carryoff for very low total operation costs
  • Very low foam and mist
  • Keeps your machines clean while leaving a soft, fluid film that protects the bare metal parts. This residual film is easily resoluble in coolant working solution to facilitate easy machine cleaning and minimize the buildup of sticky residues that can hold machine-destroying chips
  • Exceptional sump life and very good tramp oil rejection
  • A very low initial odor level which usually disappears after one-to-two days

TRIM™ MicroSol™ 585XT

Extended-life, Nonchlorinated Semisynthetic

TRIM MicroSol 585XT is a high-lubricity, semisynthetic, microemulsion coolant. The formula delivers extended sump life and better foam control versus previous generation semisynthetics. It provides excellent cooling and mechanical lubricity, along with the machine-friendly characteristics you expect from a premium TRIM coolant. While it is particularly well suited for machining and grinding gray iron, it does very well in mixed metal situations. MicroSol 585XT has proven to be an exceptional machining fluid for titanium alloys.

  • Dramatically extends useful life without the need for tank-side biocides or fungicides
  • Low foaming for todays demanding high-pressure, high-volume applications
  • Compatible with a very wide range of material including cast iron, steels, copper, titanium, and aluminum alloys, and many plastics and composites
  • Optimized combination of cooling and lubricity for titanium machining applications
  • Provides superior corrosion inhibition on cast iron and eliminates "hot chip" and clinkering problems
  • Excellent alternative to chlorinated soluble oils on high-silica aluminum alloys
  • Contains no nitrites, triazines, phenols, and chlorinated or sulfurized EP additives
  • Provides superior corrosion inhibition on all ferrous and nonferrous metals
  • Keeps machines very clean while leaving a soft fluid film for ease of cleaning and reduced maintenance
  • Uses standard metalworking recycling and disposal techniques

TRIM™ SC9030

High-lubricity Semisynthetic

TRIM SC9030 is a high-oil semisynthetic coolant. This product provides the cooling, rust inhibition, and wetting of a premium synthetic with the mechanical lubricity and machine "friendliness" of a soluble oil. TRIM SC9030 is well suited for general high-speed machining and grinding of all materials and it leaves soluble emulsion oil as residue.

  • Compatible with a very wide range of materials including cast iron, steels, copper, aluminum alloys, and many plastics and composites
  • Provides superior corrosion inhibition on cast iron and other ferrous and nonferrous materials; and eliminates the "hot chip" and clinkering problems often seen when machining cast iron
  • Keeps machines very clean while leaving a soft fluid film for ease of cleaning and reduced maintenance
  • Has exceptional sump life and very low makeup for extremely low total operating cost
  • Low odor and mist makes for an operator-friendly product
  • Easy recycling or disposal with conventional techniques and equipment
