TRIM™ MicroSol™ 455
Low-foam Ferrous Semisynthetic
TRIM MicroSol 455 low-foam semisynthetic, microemulsion coolant is optimized for high-volume cast iron, ferrous, and some aluminum and nonferrous metalworking operations. MicroSol 455 prevents leaching of elemental iron and eliminates clinkering and oxidation of ferrous micro fines.
Delivering extended sump life, machine-friendly MicroSol 455 provides excellent, cost-effective cooling. Make a difference to your bottom line with MicroSol 455.

TRIM™ MicroSol™ 585XT
Extended-life, Nonchlorinated Semisynthetic
TRIM MicroSol 585XT is a high-lubricity, semisynthetic, microemulsion coolant. The formula delivers extended sump life and better foam control versus previous generation semisynthetics. It provides excellent cooling and mechanical lubricity, along with the machine-friendly characteristics you expect from a premium TRIM coolant. While it is particularly well suited for machining and grinding gray iron, it does very well in mixed metal situations. MicroSol 585XT has proven to be an exceptional machining fluid for titanium alloys.

Premium High-lube PRTR Microemulsion
TRIM MicroSol 687NXT is a translucent, premium high-lube, PRTR compliant microemulsion. The product is low foaming in soft water but is also stable in hard water. The product is designed to machine difficult to machine metals, such as stainless steel and Inconel. It is also good for most aluminum alloys including aerospace grade.

TRIM MicroSol 690XT is a high-lubricity, semisynthetic, microemulsion coolant. The formula delivers extended sump life and better foam control versus previous generation semisynthetics. It provides excellent cooling and mechanical lubricity, along with the machine friendly characteristics you expect from a premium TRIM coolant. It does very well in mixed metal situations and is compatible with a very wide range of materials including titanium, high nickel alloys, steels, copper, and aluminum alloys.
