TRIM™ GRIND WCS

Boron Free - Carbide Grinding Synthetic

TRIM GRIND WCS minimizes cobalt leaching in the grinding of tungsten carbide (WC) and other high cobalt materials. Minimal cobalt leaching means increased piece part integrity, while improving "G RATIOS" and reducing grinding forces. GRIND WCS is specifically designed for the carbide grinding industry; it will also perform very well in grinding ceramics, cermets, and tool steels.

TRIM™ HM

Cutting and Grinding Fluid Concentrate

TRIM HM is a synthetic cutting and grinding fluid concentrate. It was developed to facilitate the manufacture of cutting tools from High-Speed Steels (HSS), Chill Cast Alloys, and other high-strength, high-hardness tool materials. TRIM HM is intended for situations where high-heat removal and low working concentrations are critical. TRIM HM is particularly well suited for surface grinding and similar operations requiring maximum heat transfer. It is often used effectively in double disc grinding, belt grinding, and abrasive cutoff operations on ferrous materials.

Economical Heavy-duty Spray Cleaner

Master STAGES™ CLEAN 2017 is an economical heavy-duty spray cleaner that removes heavy soils and oily residues from ferrous and magnesium parts. Often used in rebuild operations and for cleaning up cast iron, stamped or drawn steel parts, or removing heavy RP coatings.

Very economical way to remove heavy soils and light rust
Low foaming at ambient temperatures, and even lower when used above 120°F (49°C)
Can be recycled using XYBEX equipment
Contains no solvents, borates, silicates, nitrites, or amines
Long bath life
Excellent compatibility with magnesium
