TRIM 9106 is a clear, virtually odorless, synthetic coolant with excellent heat dissipating and corrosion inhibiting qualities. Recommended for grinding operations on cast iron, aluminum, and steels. Will not form ammonia when grinding cast iron and allows graphite to float and prevents swarf from clinkering when grinding cast iron. Contains no sulfur, phosphorus, chlorine, or other halogens.

TRIM C320 is a high-lubricity, low-foam, synthetic coolant that approaches the "down-the-hole" machining performance of premium soluble oils. This product is exceptionally good on aluminum. Even with its very high performance, C320 meets or exceeds most stringent environmental standards.

TRIM C380 is a premium, synthetic, metalworking fluid optimized for high-tech ferrous materials including stainless steel and Inconel^® which are widely used in aerospace, medical, and the electronics industries. C380 uses the best of the new ester technology to yield a very-high performance metal removal fluid that is easy-to-use and maintain. The combination of the proven synthetic ester technology and nonhalogenated EP package produce very high levels of usable lubricity at the point of cut. C380 utilizes unique low-foam detergents to keep process soils from redepositing on machines and parts.

TRIM™ CC40 is a low viscosity and high flash point carbide grinding oil made from a fine refinery base oil and high quality lube additives. It has proven to be well suited for filtration systems under 2 microns and provides excellent lubricating and cooling properties. TRIM CC40 can be used with a wide variety of metals, including cast iron, steel, copper, carbide tool, aluminum, and alloy grinding applications. Due to its strong resistance to cobalt leaching and excellent oxidation stability, TRIM CC40 is especially suitable for using in carbide tooling grinding applications.

TRIM™ DRIVE CF2P is a specialized, chlorine-free, moderate-duty coolant formulated to meet the high-precision machining and stringent chemical restrictions of the Hard Disk Drive (HDD) industry. It has very good wetting and lubricity giving excellent surface finishes. Its ease of wash-ability makes DRIVE CF2P an excellent choice for HDD components manufacturers. TRIM DRIVE CF2P will run in high-pressure situations with little to no foam.

TRIM E805 is a chlorine free, high quality, high lubricity, universal soluble oil which requires minimal maintenance in even the most demanding fluid management systems. TRIM GRIND WC minimizes cobalt leaching in the grinding of tungsten carbide (WC) and other high cobalt materials. Minimal cobalt leaching means increased piece part integrity, while improving "G RATIOS" and reducing grinding forces. GRIND WC is specifically designed for the carbide grinding industry; it will also perform very well in grinding ceramics, cermets, and tool steels.

TRIM OD150T is a high-efficiency mineral oil designed for metal grinding, gear shaving, deep hole drilling of steel, machining of stainless steel and titanium alloys, aluminum alloy machining, and Swiss screw machining. TRIM OE315 NS is a heavy-duty straight cutting oil formulated using renewable vegetable esters. For use in very tough machining operations of hardened steel alloys, tool steels, and stainless steels. TRIM OE315 NS is especially effective in deep hole drilling applications due to its reasonably low viscosity, lubricity, and EP performance.

TRIM OE322 NS is especially effective in modern, high-performance lathes with high-pressure chip-breaker units.

TRIM OG108 is a very high specification grinding oil formulated for carbide and HSS tool grinding operations. The product utilizes a very highly refined hydrocracked base oil which ensures very low levels of mist and high flash point. TRIM OG108 has been formulated to provide excellent wheel flushing properties together with good friction reduction and workpiece cooling.

TRIM OH100CF is a high quality honing oil formulated with highly fine distillate oil. This product has low viscosity and transparent color, and contains synthetic ester based additive. TRIM OH100CF can be used for various honing and super finishing, and is effective for super grinding in demanding situations as it contains EP additives. This product performs with excellence, providing necessary super cooling and excellent surface finish.

TRIM PED E980 Expander Oil is created for UOE, JCOE, or three-roll bending LSAW pipe to restore mechanical strength weakened during the forming process. Used in the expansion process of creating onshore and offshore oil and gas pipelines that convey liquids, the longitudinally welded steel (LSAW) pipe requires totally reliable performance and extremely tight tolerances. PED E980 LSAW pipe expander oil is critical to ensuring efficiency in the expansion process.

TRIM™ SC310BC is a high-oil, semichemical coolant. This product combines the cooling, rust inhibition, and wetting of a premium synthetic with the mechanical lubricity and machine "friendliness" of a soluble oil. SC310BC is well-suited for general, high-speed machining and grinding of all materials.

TRIM SC445FF is a formaldehyde-free, semisynthetic coolant. It is very clean running in light to moderate-duty machining and grinding of both ferrous and nonferrous materials. SC445FF has been specially optimized for machining "gray iron" castings and for surface and cylindrical grinding of ferrous materials.

TRIM SC518 is a mineral oil free semisynthetic coolant built with vegetable-derived and ester-based lubricants. It is very clean running for both ferrous and nonferrous materials in moderate-duty machining and grinding. SC518 is optimized for bearing grinding, surface grinding, internal grinding, and cylindrical grinding.

TRIM SC550 is a chlorine-free semisynthetic coolant using vegetable-derived and ester lubricants. It is very clean running in moderate-duty machining and grinding of both ferrous and nonferrous materials. In addition to its broad range of machining qualities, it has been specially optimized for machining aluminum alloy with bright surface finish, can also work on “gray iron” castings, and for surface and cylindrical grinding of ferrous materials.

TRIM™ SC9030S is a high-oil, semichemical coolant. This product combines the cooling, rust inhibition, and wetting of a premium synthetic with the mechanical lubricity and machine "friendliness" of a soluble oil. SC9030S is well-suited for general, high-speed machining and grinding of all materials.

TRIM SOL T is a soluble oil (emulsion) coolant concentrate which is the world standard general-purpose multi-metal coolant for general machining of ferrous and nonferrous materials. It has the lubricity and “guts” necessary to do heavy-duty machining center work and still provide the wetting and cooling necessary for high-speed turning and grinding operations.

TRIM TC 241 is a long-lasting antifoam that does not contain any of the silicone or polysiloxane ingredients usually found in antifoam. The unique formula of TC 241 results in much longer functional life when compared to traditional antifoams.

TC 301 decreases foam in coolants and cleaners by enhancing or increasing the water hardness of the fluid. It is used in the sump to control foam.

TRIM VXX is a soluble oil (chemical emulsion) coolant designed to do the heaviest duty machining operations. VXX is often used as a replacement for straight cutting and grinding oils. It contains very high levels of EP additives including stable chlorine and sulfur. Additional friction modifiers, including sulfurized fats and particle size modification technology, are used to reduce the mechanical friction seen in many heavy-duty machining and grinding operations.
