Dewatering-fluid 104°F (40°C) flash point
WEDOLiT AS 1012 is a dewatering fluid with corrosion protection properties. It uses surface-active substances to displace both water and emulsions from the metal surface extremely quick. Even highly complex geometries can efficiently be dewatered. It is mainly used as an immersion bath at room temperature.
- Due to its strong dewatering effect, residues of flushing water or water containing fluids including emulsions or synthetic coolants are removed from the metal surface
- After evaporation of the solvent, a thin, non-adhesive protective film remains on the surface, which offers corrosion protection for short-term intermediate storage
- Water/emulsions that enter the bath will settle after a short period on the bottom of the tank and can be drained off
- Development of a clear phase boundary between the water and the product, without forming an emulsion phase
- Due to its extreme dewatering properties, the product is ideal for workpieces that are additionally packaged with VCI foils
- Excellent bath-life
- Additive loss due to water contact: None
WEDOLiT AS 2251
Long term DW Fluid 104°F (40°C) flash point
WEDOLiT AS-2251 is a leading edge corrosion inhibitor for steel and other metals, which offers long-term protection for indoor storage. Its low viscosity allows it to be used as an immersion bath, e.g. for the treatment of hollow parts. It can also be applied by spraying, flooding, brushing or rolling.
- Ideal for overseas transport
- Suitable for VCI-foils: The full corrosion protection is only given in the solvent-free film, therefore a short storage time until the solvent evaporates must be observed especially before packing in boxes with foils
- Stable against acidic and alkaline contamination
- Good material compatibility
- Water displacing with very good wetting behavior
- Easily removable with organic solvents (cold cleaners) or water-miscible alkaline industrial cleaners
- Additive loss due to water contact: Very low
WEDOLiT AS 2603
High-Protection-Waxdispersion-Fluid 104°F (40°C) flash point
WEDOLiT AS 2603 is a universal, solvent-containing, long-term corrosion protection. It contains a newly formulated thixotropic wax dispersion, which allows a long period of protection under covered storage as well as a limited storage period for outdoor storage. It can be applied by spraying, flooding, brushing or rolling.

- Suitable for VCI-foils: The full corrosion protection is only given in the solvent-free film, therefore a short storage time until the solvent evaporates must be observed especially before packing in boxes with foils
- After the evaporation of the solvent (quick drying time), a waxy, light-coloured, non-adhesive and non-dust-binding, age-resistant protective film is formed on the treated surface
- Good protection for outdoor storage
- It´s recommended to homogenise the product before use or after a longer storage period
- Protection against atmospheric contaminations such as dissolved gases that cannot penetrate the protective film (water vapour permeability)

WEDOLiT AS-4116 is a leading edge corrosion inhibitor for steel and other metals, which offers long-term protection for indoor storage. Its low viscosity allows it to be used as an immersion bath, e.g. for the treatment of hollow parts. It can also be applied by spraying, flooding, brushing of rolling.

WEDOLiT AW 8321 (K 110)
Water-miscible High-performance Fluid
WEDOLiT AW 8321 is universally applicable for parts cleaning and corrosion protection. This mineral oil based product is not only suitable for steel, but also for non-ferrous metals. Utilizing the latest technology, AW 8321 offers the possibility for a boron and formaldehyde free application.
- The product forms a stable emulsion, regardless of the concentration. Due to the electrolyte and temperature stability, an application in heated baths is possible (recommended temperature 140 - 176°F, (60 - 80°C))
- Even at high temperatures the product is stable against contaminations (e.g. sodium sulfonates or phosphates)
- Easily removable with solvents or alkaline industrial cleaners
- For the corrosion protection it´s important that treated parts are completely dry before packaging. Dependent on the concentration a minimal to slightly noticeable film is formed on the metal surface
- Very good compatibility with VCI foils
- Outstanding material compatibility (even at higher concentration)
WEDOLiT N 22-3
Prelube for deep drawing and stamping
WEDLiT N 22-3 is a thixotropic, non water soluble, deep drawing agent, which was developed for cold forming of coated carbon steels. It is especially applicable for electro galvanized zinc-, zinc nickel coated-, and aluminized-sheets. Also good for aluminum and aluminum alloys. The product can be applied by spraying, flooding, or rolling.
Fulfills the requirements of all German automotive manufacturers according to VDA-213 and VW-A001, and has been approved by all VDA members.
- Applications at ambient temperatures possible
- A preheating of the oil to approximately 104 - 122°F, (40 - 50°C) is possible without the loss of the thixotropic effect after cooling
- Acts at the same time as a corrosion protection agent, and therefore a post treatment of the drawn sheets is not necessary
- An agent stable film is formed after drawing
- Can be removed with organic solvents or water soluble, mild alkaline industrial cleaning agents, even after long storage periods
- After grease removal, excellent phosphating is possible
